My Role
A Columbus-based medical supplies business had selected a new eComm platform (SAP Hypris) to power it's family of four eComm websites.
As part of the migration, the client knew that a data-driven UX update was necessary to fully leverage Hypris' robust backend capabilities, provide a best-in-industry customer experience, and maximize repeat customers, conversion rates, and overall revenue.

The Solution
For each of the four eComm sites, we completed a competitor site audit, conducted internal stakeholder interviews, surveyed existing customers, conducted user testing, implemented heat mapping tools on the existing sites, and performed a deep analytics audit to learn everything we could about their customers, how well each site currently served them, and what the new sites needed to offer.
Armed with these research findings, we wrote customer personas for core audiences, created full customer journey maps, and built global and page-level UX strategies.
Deliverables included annotated, interactive wireframes built in Axure for final design/development by the client.
